My story is Probably a Lot Like Yours
For years, I lived the high-pressure corporate life. Long hours, stressful commutes, tight deadlines, constant performance demands, international travel.
From the outside, I looked healthy. I raced triathlons, bikes and marathons but inside, I was depleted. My focus was fading, my energy unpredictable, and my recovery nonexistent. I was close to burnout.
With a young family at home, I knew I needed to change, so I started searching for answers. And I mean searching deep! I didnât just watch a few videos (although social media wasnât around much in those days anyway).
I trained at Harvard Medical School and became the UKâs first coach certified by the Human Longevity Institute. What I discovered changed not just my understanding of Human Energy and AgeingâŚit changed everything.
I realised that how much energy we have is a direct result of how healthy our cells are...and we are in control of that through our lifestyle choices. I realised that energy loss and brain fog is a sign of disfunction which, if allowed to continue, can turn into diseases way more serious 10 or 15 years down the line.
Once I identified the root causes of my energy, based on my lifestyle, and rebuilt my systems from the ground up, I didnât just feel better. I felt younger, sharper, and more alive than I had in years.
And through consistent habits and behaviours, I now have a biological age 17 years younger than my current 50 chronological years.
Now, I help teams and professionals do the same through The Energy Edge Method. A proven framework that rebuilds energy at the cellular level and gives you back control of how you age.
