Meet Your Host: Darren

Hi, I’m Darren. I’m a board certified longevity and healthy ageing coach, and I’ve spent two decades helping people live healthier for longer.

I’m the first person in the UK to be certified by the Human Longevity Institute, and I’ve trained at Harvard Medical School in the science of healthy ageing.

But more importantly, I’m 50 years old — and I’ve used everything I teach in this session to bring my biological age down by 17 years. What I share in this masterclass isn’t just theory - it’s practical, proven, and something anyone can start doing, no matter where you’re starting from.

I started my practice - Inochi Longevity - to help people take the stress away from navigating their own way through all of the health misinformation out there which can be at best confusing and at worst dangerous.
